先来分享两个我在以往面试过程中经常遇到的自我介绍“负分模板”。

第一个“负分模板”，我先来举例演示一遍：

第二种自我介绍“负分模板”多见于职场新人、应届生，或者是转行者的身上：

我们来看看这两个“负分模板”踩了哪些自我介绍的“雷区”。

1、自我介绍又空又泛

介绍非常多的内容、说得非常全面，就像是把简历上的内容重新复述了一遍，这样是在做无效功，因为面试官如果想要知道这些内容，完全可以直接看简历，为什么要听你再说一遍？

所以说这样看起来“很全面”的自我介绍是非常不可取的，这会让你的叙述没有任何重点。没有重点，则没有记忆点；没有记忆点，我们怎么能给面试官留下好印象呢？

2、描述的经验和岗位不匹配

刚刚提到的两段自我介绍都没有提到“我的工作经历和面试岗位的招聘要求的契合点在哪”，而这一点恰恰是面试官最想听到的一点：之前的工作经验和现在的岗位有什么样的匹配度。

如果你能够在自我介绍的部分把这一点清晰地说出来，那么面试官则很有可能有“眼前一亮”的感觉，并且迅速在简历中定位到相关工作经验的部分，然后接下来的对话就很可能围绕这一部分的工作经历展开讨论，不断深入了解作为求职者的你。

这个时候，就相当于你掌握了面试的一个话题方向，能够帮助你把握面试节奏。

但是如果你的自我介绍非常“全面”，面试官就只能一边听你讲的内容，一边自己找简历中符合岗位需求的经历在哪里。如果找不到面试官想要的经历，面试官就只能主动问你，这个时候就很容易问到一些你并不擅长的问题、或者是你并不想回答的问题。

3、喊口号、表决心

就像第二个负分模板的内容，如果说“我会努力工作的，我会加油的”这样的口号，其实完全无法打动面试官。

我们仔细想想：难道不说这样的口号、承诺，我们就会不认真工作吗？当然不是，这样的口号往往就是告诉面试官：我其实没什么经验，没什么可说的，所以只能保证自己的态度是好的了。

这样的自我介绍，无论是从现场的面试感受，还是推敲背后的原因，都不会体现求职者的专业度。
