敬畏之心

敬畏之心应该是指一个人对他人、法纪和职业，以及自然和社会规律怀有的一种敬重与畏惧心理。敬畏之心具有自省与自律作用，有利于规范和约束人们的言行举止，对于养成良好的道德品质具有促进作用。

孟子者，也要用“仰不愧于天，俯不怍于人”(《孟子·尽心上》)以表明自己对天的敬畏之情。

中国古代有一种天能“赏善”而“罚恶”的观念和信仰，这一信仰在孔子以前非常重要，在孔子以后也长期流行于民间，如同敬鬼神的传统一样。但这不是对某一具体的神，如山川土地之神的信仰，而是对最高神即天神的信仰。民间所信仰的天神似乎是人格化的，人的一举一动天神是能够“看”得到的，就是说，天神是有意志的，天神的意志就是使人作好事而不作坏事，作善行而不作恶行。人如果作了好事，天会行赏;人如果作了坏事，天会惩罚。

雾霾是雾和霾的组合词。因为空气质量的恶化，雾霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。中国不少地区把雾霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为“雾霾天气”。

雾霾，雾和霾的统称。但是雾是雾，霾是霾，雾和霾的区别十分大。霾的意思是灰霾(烟霞) 空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸等造成视觉程障碍的叫霾。霾与雾的区别在于发生霾时相对湿度不大，而雾中的相对湿度是饱和的(如有大量凝结核存在时，相对湿度不一定达到100%就可能出现饱和)。

第一，二氧化硫、氮氧化物和可吸入颗粒物这三项是雾霾主要组成，前两者为气态污染物，最后一项颗粒物才是加重雾霾天气污染的罪魁祸首。它们与雾气结合在一起，让天空瞬间变得灰蒙蒙的。颗粒物的英文缩写为PM，北京监测的是细颗粒物(PM2。5)，也就是直径小于等于2。5微米的污染物颗粒。这种颗粒本身既是一种污染物，又是重金属、多环芳烃等有毒物质的载体。

第二，城市有毒颗粒物来源：首先是汽车尾气。使用柴油的车子是排放 细颗粒物的“重犯”。使用汽油的小型车虽然排放的是气态污染物，比如氮氧化物等，但碰上雾天。

雾是由大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，多出现于秋冬季节(这也是2013年1月份全国大面积雾霾天气的原因之一)，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结(或凝华)的产物。雾的存在会降低空气透明度，使能见度恶化，如果目标物的水平能见度降低到1000米以内，就将悬浮在近地面空气中的水汽凝结(或凝华)物的天气现象称为雾(Fog);而将目标物的水平能见度在1000-10000米的这种现象称为轻雾或霭(Mist)。形成雾时大气湿度应该是饱和的(如有大量凝结核存在时，相对湿度不一定达到100%就可能出现饱和)。由于液态水或冰晶组成的雾散射的光与波长关系不大，因而雾看起来呈乳白色或青白色。

霾是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等粒子组成的。它也能使大气浑浊，视野模糊并导致能见度恶化，如果水平能见度小于10000米时，将这种非水成物组成的气溶胶系统造成的视程障碍称为霾(Haze)或灰霾(Dust-haze)，香港天文台称烟霞(Haze)。
